Haven Toa is a setting in the Metal Shadow universe. It is a small settlement in a forest lying beneath Tso City along Millian Road. Lloyde stayed here briefly before moving to live in Tso with a traveling caravan. He met a Shepherdist priest who helped him remember some things about the world, as well as enlightened him to the possibility of The Red Threat having gone through similar traumas as Lloyde.
